I am so excited to release my Susan Mae Monthly Magazine.  Come back each and every month to gain access. Check back here often for new free resources to be downloaded

Welcome...I am so glad you are here!

My name is Susan Mae Poulter and I am a proud mother of 3 adult children, and have been married for forty years πŸ’. I have led a wonderful, blessed life, but it has not been without its struggles.

One of my greatest challenges, is a chronic pain condition known as CRPS πŸ”₯ (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) that I was diagnosed with in 2001. The silver lining of this journey has afforded me many opportunities for self-growth and passionate causes.

I have always had an empathetic spirit and a desire to empower women and the community around me, which lead me to the Red Cross to be a volunteer for more than fifteen years, and to this most recent endeavor, to create valuable resources for women, for mothers πŸ™†

This chapter of my life includes my adult children having adult lives, retirement for my husband, and being a caregiver for aging parents. I may have to consider dividing my time between two different countries, as I have lived in Colorado over 2 decades, but my entire family lives in Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ + πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ = πŸ’—

I have built this website for several purposes: to continue my work to empower women, and to share my love of oils. Offer my free magazine, Susan Mae, (available by clicking on the resource above), that features articles, favorite products, information for empty nesters, midlife women, and mothers around the world. Coming soon is a one-of-a-kind podcast, Conversations Beyond Borders . I invite you to Join my community, as WE travel this sometimes challenging, yet wonderful chapter together. πŸ“’

On my journey to live my best life, I had to find a way to deal with chronic pain, a condition referred to as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). I needed to  find a way to improve sleep, aid my digestion, decrease fatique and simultaneously, figure out what was happening to my hormones now that I am over 60 years of age.
I was tired of medications creating more side effects than solutions, and spending a lot of money on treatments that didn't work.
My daughter suggested trying essential oils....and as they say, "the rest was history!"
I would love to help you learn how to improve your health with doTERRA'S natural solutions, so click on the button below!  I have also included a free guide below so fill it out and get started!

"When I struggled to manage multiple side affects of chemotherapy, Sue was the first person I contacted.  Her understanding of my ailments and her doTERRA recommendations truly helped with relief, particularly my sleep issues. Most effective was the Deep Blue Rub and the essential oils blends for my diffuser.  Thank you Sue!"
